OBJECTIVES:
This training course is designed to answer the needs of maintenance systems for a comprehensive and integrated methodology in machine troubleshooting.
At the end of the course, the participant is expected:
- To be introduced to the concepts of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring.
- To be familiar with the various condition monitoring techniques which enhance the efficiency, reliability and safety of equipment.
- To give each participant an understanding of vibration as it relates to machine condition, along with hands-on demonstrations and class exercises designed to show proper diagnostics of machinery vibration root cause.
Prerequisites: Fundamentals of Vibration or up to six months of vibration and alignment experience is recommended.
